THE RETURNING LIGHT

Susan Elaine Smith

Painter. Homeopath. Writer.

Three practices.

The Returning Light is light that has known darkness and finds its way home. Painting, homeopathy, and writing are three expressions of that same return: each begins with attention and trusts that what is truly seen begins to change.

MEDICINE FOR THE SOUL

“Painting is prayer in motion. A direct channel to the higher dimensions—where the invisible becomes visible, and the soul remembers itself."

– SUSAN SMITH

Each canvas is a

doorway, a soul-code,

a frequency,

waiting for you to meet it.

Received in meditation. Built layer by layer.

Offered as Living Prescriptions of Light.

What are the 72 Names of God? The 72 Names of God are three-letter sequences derived from three verses in Exodus (14:19–21) that together contain exactly 72 letters in the original Hebrew. The sages teach that these sequences are not names in the ordinary sense—they are spiritual frequencies, each one a specific channel of divine light. In Kabbalistic tradition, each Name corresponds to a particular quality of consciousness—healing, protection, clarity, abundance, and so on—and can be used to cultivate that quality within us. The practice is not about invoking something outside yourself. It is about becoming a vessel for the light each Name already carries.
